We make sure you have plenty of choice for a seasonal breakfast with ground & instant coffee, a selection of teas. There's always a treat or two around for you to enjoy as well.

The guesthouse is very cosy in winter - the bedroom has a heater and the lounge has a reverse cycle aircon. In summer the bedroom generally stays cool, especially with blinds drawn, opening the balcony doors upstairs creates a lovely breeze, with the aircon for those too hot to handle days!
