Three restful bedrooms blend comfort with character. The main offers a king-size bed and its own climate control, the second features a queen bed with garden views, and the third is tailored for children with two single beds. A recently renovated bathroom provides a walk-in shower and all the essentials, while the laundry is conveniently located at the front of the home.

Outdoors, a covered patio with alfresco dining and a private hot tub overlooks the grassy backyard—perfect for slow afternoons or starlit evenings.

On-site parking for two to three cars and fast, reliable Wi-Fi complete the offering.

Firewood is not supplied. Kindly prepare to bring your own kindling and firewood if you plan to use the fireplace.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
