The Space: Inside Exhale you will discover exceptional spaces with an eye for design . A king size master bedroom with king size bed luxury 90% down quilt, underlay, premium linen minimum 1000 thread count and luxurious soft furnishings. Walk in robe, en-suite and deep bath prized on a stage of its own wall mounted TV , daybed mirrored dressing table with a ghost chair.
Two additional master bedrooms both with queen beds and built in robes. Electric blankets are fitted and premium down and feather quilts with bamboo underlays to each bed, with premium quality pillows. One of the queen bedrooms has a wall mounted TV, the other does not for those who want to disconnect, this bedroom also has double doors that open up directly to the outside space near the fire pit.
The fourth bedroom comprises 2 full-sized solid bunkbeds. Each bed is fitted with an electric blanket and a TV is wall mounted. Extra storage draws under bunks. Hanging rack and desk with mirror. All bed linen is a minimum of 1000 thread count to all beds, luxurious Sheridan towels each embroidered with Exhale signature font. Organic Ministry luxury organic products are supplied for guests.
An open kitchen, 900mm oven gas cooktops and electric oven , double door fridge with ice maker and filtered water function at the front, dishwasher, microwave, plenty of storage. Pod Coffee machine. Breakfast bench that seats 4 and a dining table with luxury brass and blue velvet chairs.
The lounge has a cosy wood fire and ducted heated and cooling is also fitted to each room with its own air control for complete comfort all year round . Underfloor heating is also available. Two separate living spaces with plenty of couches to lounge around and relax.
A full sized pool table in the front room overlooking the Inglewood pub with a glorious view of the hills behind. The perfect spot! A TV is wall mounted so you don’t miss your favourite show whilst shooting some pool.
The main bathroom has a separate toilet, double vanity, double open shower, Claw foot bath that connects to an outdoor shower: also accessible from outside for easy use after your spa or swim in the pool.
The laundry has a 12kg washing machine, 6kg dryer, extra hanging space for towels or a place to hang your clothes. An iron and ironing board as well as a hand held steamer is available for your use.
Games, puzzles, DVD’s and a library of books to sink yourself into. Two outdoor entertaining areas. An open deck with a glorious view over the township of Inglewood. A swimming pool with waterfall edge and Baja where you can lay back in a sun lounge slightly submerged in a low lying body of water to cool off, An undercover outdoor BBQ and drinks fridge, a long table that seats 12, outdoor lounge area ,spa, egg chairs and sun decks with sun lounges. A fire pit with custom built concrete seating for that extra warmth outside.

The Neighborhood: Our home is located in Inglewood directly across from the Inglewood pub and close to Glen Ewin. Exhale is only 7 minutes from Tea Tree Plaza, 5 minutes from St Agnes shopping centre, 3 mins from Topiary cafe. You may know some of our neighbours and if not I am certain you will want to as they produce some gourmet award winning produce, consisting of wine, wood fired pizza, local ciders, gin and the list goes on. Exhale is a short walk to the Inglewood bakery and close to the bus stop.

NOTE (all platforms, excluding Airbnb) Damage Deposit - By booking our property you are agreeing to pay a $500 damage bond, this will be charged to the payment method you submit for your booking. A 2.5% CC fee will be added to the charge and will not be refunded. After you checkout please send us your bank details and we will direct deposit the $500 back, permitting no damage has been made.
Check in form - By booking our property you are agreeing to filling in our checkin form is sent out to all guests upon booking confirmation. Guests are required to submit a form of government identification (passport, drivers license, proof of age), and information about their stay. Failure to fill in our check in form will result in check in details not being sent out.
